Our average response time is about 5 minutes from 7a-7p EST. After 7, our response time may not be quite as fast, but we usually answer within 30mins.
If the request comes through overnight, after 11 pm, it may take a little longer to respond, but we will respond first thing in the morning. If you ever are concerned with your health in terms of an emergency, please head to the emergency room.

Yes. Doctor’s notes are straightforward and are sent electronically with little to no wait.

Most simple UTIs do not need diagnostic testing. For more complex conditions, we typically refer you to your PCP, urgent care, or a specialist. Many conditions do not need the overuse of diagnostic testing that happens in urgent care and the emergency room, but if you do need a test, we will guide you to the right setting.

Employers pay $15.95 per employee, which includes coverage for their dependents.

Apios is not health insurance, instead we are designed to supplement your existing coverage as an immediate care benefit. While it doesn't replace a health plan, it provides instant access to care and is a tax-deductible business expense.
For those with insurance, our service will save you on co-pays, insurance charges and the hassle of taking time to visit an in-person provider for simple conditions.
