Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your care team is available by text Monday through Sunday, from 7:00AM to 7:00PM EST.

  • The Family Plan includes membership for you plus 4 immediate family members. Family members can include a spouse, parents, or children. Children covered under the Family Plan must be under the age of 18 years old when the membership begins. Children who turn 18 must sign up for the Individual Plan. Everyone on the Family Plan must reside in the same household.

    Each Adult on this plan will text and onboard through their own phone numbers. Children will be managed by one of the adult numbers. Our care team will not interface directly with any child under the age of 18.

  • Once you have filled out the onboarding forms on your phone, you will use the very same link and fill out the form again for your child. You can do this for every child. Note: each adult should fill out their own forms, on their own phone. 

  • While we hate to see you go, we understand that the service might not be right for you at this time. To cancel, send an email to hello@apioshealth.com 30 days before your membership term ends.
